Participial adjectives Verbs that describe reactions Verbs are the action words in a sentence that describe what the subject is doing, but there are verbs that written in a certain way can describe reactions to someone or something . For example: She confuses me (verb to describe an action) He was confused (verb to describe a reaction) He made faces to amuse her (verb to describe an action) This type of verbs are called Participial adjectives . Participle is a form of a verb that can be used in compound tenses of the verb. There are 2 types of participle in English : ∽Past Participle (usually ends in -ed) ∽Present participle (ends in -ing) Some participles can be used as adjectives.

♦️SENTENCE ADVERBS♦️

SENTENCE ADVERBS They are called sentence adverbs and they act as a comment.  Compared with the fact that an adverb typically modifies the  verb of a sentence, a sentence adverb is an adverb that appears usually at the beginning of a sentence and modifies the sentence as a whole.   This type of adverb usually ends in –ly and is often followed by a comma , but the main characteristic is the modiying quality of the whole sentence.  

VOCABULARY 〰 Interests〰

  VOCABULARY INTERESTS An interest is a certain topic or thing that is interesting for you, you want to be involved and discover more. You can use this vocabulary when you are with a friend, to start a conversation with someone or asking about the interests of others. What are you interested in? I am interested in fashion. Are you interested in literature? Yes, I am or No, I'm not. Is she interested in politics? Yes, She is or No, She isn't.  

ZERO CONDITIONAL

 Zero Conditional Zero conditional senteces describe things that are generally true. Use the simple present for both the if clause (the condition) and the main clause. You can usually substitute when for if in zero conditional sentences. If I'm nervous about something, I don't think about it. When I'm nervous about something, I don't think about it.
